As an HR consultancy, we work with people data every day on behalf of our clients. We therefore take our responsibilities under data protection law extremely seriously, and are committed to handling the personal data of our own contacts and website visitors with the same care and transparency we advise our clients to apply.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data through this website (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences through our website.
Note - HR service delivery and special category data: This privacy notice covers personal data collected through this website only. In the course of providing HR consultancy services to clients, ODW Partners may process special category data (for example health, disability, ethnicity, or other sensitive employee information) on behalf of those clients. That processing is governed by separate Data Processing Agreements and/or privacy notices agreed with each client. If you are an employee whose data is being processed by ODW Partners as data processor for your employer, please refer to the relevant privacy notice provided by your employer.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data in order to respond to your enquiry or provide our services, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to assist you. We will notify you if this is the case at the time.

We do not transfer your personal data outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA). All data relating to this website is hosted in the UK.
7. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.
All data on this website is hosted in the UK and encrypted with password and role-based access protection. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

By law we are required to keep basic information about our clients (including Contact, Identity and relevant service data) for six years after they cease being clients for tax purposes.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

No fee usually required

Time limit to respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
